Sick Child Visits

We make every effort to schedule appointments for acutely ill children in our Acute Care Clinic on the day that you call us. Please call our office & press 1 to schedule a sick appointment. If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child as soon as possible or refer you to the appropriate facility, but please give us a 'heads up' by calling first. If given an appointment, you will be seen in our Acute Care Clinic right next to our Well Clinic

We do have "quick sick walk-in clinic" in our Acute Care on Mondays-Fridays from 8am-9:30am. (Does not include Saturdays) These visits are specifically for addressing minor acute illnesses or injuries in individuals aged 6 months and above. Examples of conditions include fever, rash, sore throat, cold symptoms, simple injuries, pink eye, vomiting, ear pain, or cough. Please note that this service does not cover follow ups from past illness's, headaches, stomach pain, constipation, chronic issues, A.D.H.D, feeding problems, behavioral issues, developmental concerns, multiple complications, or routine check-ups.

When you arrive by car you can go through our back entrance (off Executive Ct.) or our main entrance (Off Corporate Hill Dr.). If you drive through our back entrance please be aware that you will need to circle around our building to access the main entrance to get inside as our back access into the building is for employees only.

If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule both of them when you make your appointment. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees a scheduled patient first.

We ask that you arrive 15mins prior to your scheduled appointment for check in. Upon arrival you will be asked for a copy of your insurance card and photo ID. As well as filling out a patient registration form once a year.
